The short version

This site is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts and asks you for nothing. There is no account, no form and no tracking.

None. This site has no sign-up, no login, no contact form and no comments. If you choose to email us, we receive whatever you put in that email and keep it only as long as needed to answer you.

None. We do not measure visits, do not build profiles and do not know who you are or which pages you read.

Third parties

Nothing on this page is loaded from anyone else’s server. Fonts, images and styles are all served from this site’s own domain, so no third party is told that you visited. There are no social widgets, no embedded video and no advertising.

Hosting

Delivering a web page requires your device’s IP address to reach the server, in the same way a postal address is needed to deliver a letter. Our hosting provider processes that technical request data on our behalf solely to serve the page. We keep no server access logs and build no visitor records from them.

Software published by Badgeria Technologies OÜ has its own privacy policy, because what an app does with data is a different question from what this website does:

• Badgee (mobile games) — see the privacy policy at badgee.badgeria-technologies.com. In short: Badgee games run entirely on your device, have no account, and save progress and settings locally where we cannot read them.

Installing or using a product means that product’s policy applies to it. This one only ever covers this website.

Children

This site is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone.

Your rights

Because Badgeria Technologies OÜ is established in the European Union, the GDPR applies. You have the right to access, correct, erase and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. We hold none of it from your visit to this site, so in practice there is nothing for us to export or erase — but the right stands and we will answer any request.
